Shipping Policy
www.333gallery.com (333Artdotgallery Ltd.Part.), is committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for both artists and buyers on our Platform. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of Artwork purchased through our Platform.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for Artwork purchased on the Platform are the responsibility of the Buyer. The shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase based on the destination, dimensions, and weight of the Artwork. The Buyer will be able to review and approve the shipping costs before finalizing the purchase. In case of any problems or concerns regarding shipping costs, Buyers are encouraged to contact the Company to discuss the matter on a case-by-case basis. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues that may arise.
By incorporating this addition, the policy now addresses potential issues with shipping costs and encourages Buyers to reach out to the Company for assistance in resolving such concerns.
Shipping Providers
The Company will work with reliable and reputable shipping providers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of Artwork. The choice of shipping provider and method will be determined by the Company, taking into consideration factors such as cost, speed, and reliability. The Company may, at its discretion, use different shipping providers for domestic and international shipments.
Shipping Timeframes
Once an Artwork is sold and the artist has prepared and packaged it according to the Company’s packing guidelines, the artist will notify the Company that the Artwork is ready for pickup. The Company will then schedule a pickup with the designated shipping provider. Shipping timeframes will vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, and method selected.
Tracking Information
Upon shipment of the Artwork, the Company will provide the Buyer with tracking information, allowing them to monitor the progress of the shipment and estimate the delivery date. The Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to receive the Artwork at the delivery address provided during the purchase process.
Customs and Import Duties
For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges associated with importing the Artwork into their country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the Buyer directly to the relevant authorities. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipping Insurance
The Company will insure all shipped Artwork for its full value during transit, covering any potential loss or damage. If the Artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, the Buyer must notify the Company within 48 hours of receiving the damaged Artwork or becoming aware of the loss. The Company will work with the shipping provider and insurance company to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping Liability
The Company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe and secure shipping of the Artwork. However, the Company is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider or other factors beyond the Company’s control, such as customs clearance or force majeure events. The Company’s liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the coverage provided by the shipping insurance.
Packaging Standards
A section outlining the Company’s packaging standards and guidelines provided to the artists. This can help reassure Buyers that the Artwork will be packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
Address Changes and Delivery Errors
A provision addressing the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and inform the Company of any changes or errors in the delivery address as soon as possible. This section can also clarify the consequences of delivery errors or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information, such as additional shipping costs or delays in delivery.
Signature Confirmation and Special Delivery Requests
A clause discussing the availability and potential extra costs associated with signature confirmation or special delivery requests, such as expedited shipping, weekend deliveries, or specific delivery timeframes.
Undeliverable and Unclaimed Packages
A section outlining the Company’s policy on undeliverable or unclaimed packages, including the process for notifying the Buyer, any potential costs or fees associated with reshipping, and the consequences of failure to claim a package, such as return to the artist and potential forfeiture of the purchase.
By using the Platform and purchasing Artwork, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping Policy. The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
