Rental Agreement Terms

To ensure a smooth rental experience, we provide clear and transparent terms for all art rentals:

Rental Duration:
  • Minimum rental period of 1 month.
  • Long-term rental options are available for 6-month and 12-month contracts, with discounted rates for extended terms.

    • Monthly Rental Fee:
  • The rental fee is typically 3-5% of the artwork’s retail price, payable at the beginning of each rental month.
  • Discounts may apply for longer-term rentals or multiple artworks.

    • Insurance Requirement:
  • All rented artworks must be insured for their full retail value during the rental period. The client can provide proof of insurance, or 333Gallery can include an insurance fee in the rental cost.

    • Delivery and Installation:
  • Delivery and professional installation are provided by our team to ensure the safe handling of all artworks.
  • For rentals longer than 6 months, delivery and installation are complimentary; otherwise, a delivery fee may apply.

    • Care and Maintenance:
  • The client is responsible for maintaining the artwork in good condition during the rental period. Detailed care instructions will be provided to ensure the piece remains in its original state.
  • Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair fees or full compensation for the artwork’s value.

    • End-of-Rental Options:
  • At the end of the rental term, clients have the option to extend the rental, return the artwork, or purchase it. A portion of the rental fees may be applied as a discount toward the purchase price if the client decides to buy the piece.
  • Return arrangements will be coordinated by 333Gallery’s logistics team to ensure safe transport back to the gallery.
