Mingkhwan Tonsuk, born in 2001 in Phetchaburi, Thailand, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, majoring in Visual Arts, from Chulalongkorn University in 2024. She is an artist based in Phetchaburi. growing up in a home surrounded by rice fields, Mingkhwan was shaped by the swaying golden stalks of rice and the vibrant lives of people in her community. These experiences left a deep impression on her, inspiring her to preserve these memories—whether joyful, sorrowful, or melancholic. She believes that human memory is inherently limited, unable to retain every moment. This realization led her to record these stories through her art.

Mingkhwan’s work focuses on the emotional process conveyed through brushstrokes, reflecting feelings in her paintings with a sense of freedom and spontaneity.
