Party Guidelines

• Please check in at the Host Venue in order to receive your free food & drink ticket.
• Please understand in advance that this party is a party where alcohol is served, so valet and parking are not available. Please use public transportation and drink responsibly. 
• This party will be filmed and photographed for “Make a Mark” posting. Please note that entering the party is considered consent to filming and use of image rights.

Collection of Personal Data Consent

333Artlink would like to collect, use, and provide personal information to third parties in relation to this party as follows. Please read the contents carefully and decide whether or not to agree.

1. Purpose of personal information processing. The personal information you entered will be used for ‘sending invitations and on-site check-in’ for this event. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above.
2. Personal information collection items. We collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the event.* Collection items: Name/Contact information/Email address
3. Personal information retention period. The personal information you entered will be stored until the end of the event and will be immediately destroyed thereafter.
4. Disadvantages of refusing to provide personal information. You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information as above. However, if you refuse consent, you will not be able to attend.

Mailing List Consent

You may refuse to provide consent; this will not affect your ability to participate in the event. However, please be aware that refusal may limit access to additional benefits.
